We do Complete Attic Restoration. Winter is near, it is a good time to think about attic efficiency - making your heating/ac more efficient year round.  For example, when we do an inspection and a customer has heavily soiled insulation from years of rodent activity (droppings & nests) we will remove to old soiled insulation, disinfect the space and install new TAP insulation. The TAP inslation is treated with a naturally occuring insect repellant, Boric acid which will keep the attic insect free.
